Passenger van rolled over on the northbound ramp from Interstate 684 to eastbound Interstate 84 in Southeast early May 20, 2007. Brewster firefighters and New York State police responded and called in additional ambulances from Carmel, Lake Carmel, Mahopac, Patterson, Putnam Lake and Somers. All the injured were transported to Putnam Hospital Center
